The Direct Support Professional (DSP), Overnight role is onsite in Hickman County, TN, with an 8:00 PM–8:00 AM primary shift; hours may vary and scheduling flexibility is required. Compensation is $16 per hour. The role supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their home environment. The DSP provides overnight supervision and personal care, responds to individual needs, follows support plans, and completes documentation. The role helps maintain a safe, respectful home and supports individuals’ nighttime and morning routines and daily independence.

What you'll do

• Provide supervision and support throughout the overnight shift
• assist with toileting, hygiene, and personal care
• respond to individual needs
• administer medications according to agency policy and training
• follow Individual Support Plans
• complete overnight documentation and medication records
• perform assigned household responsibilities
• assist with nighttime and morning routines
• communicate changes or concerns to supervisors and incoming staff
• maintain a safe and supportive environment.
