Home Service Technician

Job overview

The Home Service Technician role is onsite in Bentonville, AR. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. The position supports TruBlue Home Service Ally, a home maintenance franchise providing repairs and safety upgrades to help seniors age in place and support busy families. The technician completes home maintenance and repair projects while maintaining safety, accuracy, and customer care. The role also calls for leading by example and may include mentoring or managing other technicians.

What you'll do

• Perform home maintenance and repair projects
• communicate with customers and manage expectations onsite
• complete bathroom and kitchen upgrades, drywall repairs, flooring work, general carpentry, interior and exterior painting, and basic plumbing and electrical work within scope
• maintain safety and consistency across projects.
