Lead Security Officer

The Lead Security Officer is an onsite role based in Manassas, VA. Compensation is $26.85 per hour. This position supports the security team in maintaining a safe environment for client assets and personnel. The role exists to supervise security personnel, ensure post orders are followed, and maintain high standards of security operations. The lead officer acts as a liaison between the company and the client to ensure quality service.

What you'll do

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds are completed.
• Train staff and review assignments.
• Assist in payroll submission and ensure adequate post coverage.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
