Program Supervisor

The Program Supervisor is an onsite role based in Glendale, AZ. This role exists to facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans and oversee daily program operations. The supervisor manages a team of caregivers, ensures staffing and scheduling requirements are met, and provides direct support to individuals, including assistance with personal care and community integration, to help them reach their full potential.

• Facilitate Individual Service Plans (ISP)
• supervise a team of Caregivers
• perform staff hiring, training, and scheduling
• provide direct support including personal care and medication administration
• facilitate community outings and transportation.
