What you'll do

• Lead transportation employees and ensure contracted services are performed
• enforce company policies and applicable laws
• ensure drivers have route documentation and vehicles are road-ready
• coordinate field trips and dispatch
• support route-pattern evaluation
• recruit, hire, and train staff
• manage performance and customer complaints
• prepare reports
• validate payroll and track attendance and overtime
• monitor operational data
• manage location budgets
• work with district administrators, staff, and parents
• respond to transportation emergencies
• manage routing software
• maintain personnel files and FERPA confidentiality
• drive a bus route if required.
