The role supports recruiting across American Jereh International Corporation and affiliated business units in energy, industrial, engineering, and operational fields. The specialist leads full-cycle recruiting and builds pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract and hire talent. The role also strengthens recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring operations as the organization grows.

What you'll do

• Recruit technical, professional, operational, and leadership roles across business units
• build pipelines for niche roles in power generation, data centers, battery storage, oil and gas, frac, e-frac, manufacturing, and industrial services
• source passive candidates using outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and market mapping
• partner with hiring managers on requirements, compensation expectations, candidate profiles, and timelines
• screen candidates, coordinate interviews, develop and negotiate offers, and support onboarding transitions
• track recruiting metrics and recommend workflow and process improvements.
