What you'll do

• Inspect equipment before mixing and document startup and shutdown checks
• adjust processing equipment to meet dough quality and customer specifications
• record lot numbers, dough temperatures, and fat percentages
• perform on-line bake-offs and verify results
• operate, troubleshoot, and calibrate processing and packaging equipment
• maintain a clean work area
• perform changeovers and end-of-run cleaning
• log downtime and maintenance issues
• conduct quality checks and follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
