Part-Time Human Resources Specialist

What you'll do

• Respond to employee HR inquiries and concerns
• support supervisors with employee relations
• serve as a point of contact with legal counsel
• coordinate recruitment, candidate evaluation, screenings, onboarding, and employment documentation
• maintain confidential employee records
• support benefits, retirement enrollment, annual renewals, workers’ compensation, organizational training, and compliance reporting
• monitor employment-law changes and recommend updates.
