• develop expertise in STARLIMS configuration and functionality
• remotely analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
• investigate, test, resolve, close, or escalate incidents with follow-up
• collaborate across teams on complex issues and support-process improvements
• recommend system enhancements to reduce recurring issues
• maintain professional customer communication and follow established procedures.
