What you'll do

• Assist customers with ticket, product, and season-pass sales and provide basic resort information
• develop product knowledge
• maintain inventory awareness and communicate low stock or problems to managers
• help supervise employees, answer questions, and keep staff engaged
• open or close and secure the building if needed
• handle register opening and closing, cash counting, and customer relations
• maintain displays and help set up seasonal or informational displays.
