What you'll do

• Lead crews during pumping jobs and rig-up and rig-down projects
• participate in rig-up and rig-down meetings and communicate plans to the team
• oversee traffic control, source and location, and frac crews
• communicate progress, changes, and needs to supervisors
• ensure pre-shift tailgate meetings, JSAs, equipment inspections, and checklists are completed
• evaluate team performance and provide feedback
• promote organized equipment and safe work.
