What you'll do

• Prepare, submit, and track claims
• verify client eligibility and authorization details
• submit and monitor authorization requests and renewals
• research and resolve denials, rejected claims, and payment delays
• communicate with payers and internal teams
• maintain billing and authorization records
• support audits and month-end reconciliation
• follow DHS, HIPAA, and payer requirements.
