What you'll do

• Work a nursing cart and provide direct resident care
• administer medications, complete treatments, and perform assessments
• supervise and support nursing staff overnight
• monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
• ensure compliance with regulations, facility policies, and standards of care
• coordinate with on-call providers, physicians, and ancillary departments
• oversee documentation, incident reporting, and clinical follow-up.
