What you'll do

• Partner with engineering teams to improve reliability, availability, and performance
• define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and reliability standards
• build end-to-end and integration testing workflows
• scale load and performance testing
• integrate automated testing into CI/CD
• support capacity planning
• improve monitoring, logging, and alerting
• participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
• mentor engineers.
