What you'll do

• Manage construction-document production with local and international drafting teams
• coordinate permitting plan updates with division teams, engineers, internal partners, and municipalities
• maintain community requirements and plan archives
• assist builders with plan questions during construction
• coordinate community and phase openings
• manage lot-fit packages
• support high-priority projects.
