What you'll do

• Own the accounts receivable aging report
• contact past-due accounts and document collection activity
• secure payment commitments
• investigate billing discrepancies, disputes, and short payments with internal teams
• negotiate payment plans within company guidelines and monitor compliance
• identify high-risk accounts and recommend escalation
• report on collections activity, aging trends, and DSO.
