The Automotive Repair Technician role is onsite in Lawrence, KS, paying $24–$30 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with flexible scheduling within those hours and no weekends. The technician works in a family-owned automotive repair shop. The role diagnoses and repairs vehicle systems and performs inspections and preventative maintenance. What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, steering, heating and cooling, and related systems
• perform used-vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
• use scan tools and shop equipment to diagnose issues and verify repairs
• assist with complex diagnostics and engine or drivability work
• keep work accurate and on time
• communicate findings to the service team and customers as needed.
