What you'll do

• Operate scales to weigh inbound and outbound trucks
• complete applicable paperwork accurately and promptly
• greet employees, members, and visitors
• perform filing, typing, and other office support
• answer calls and assist customers with sales, questions, or complaints
• maintain clean facilities and comply with safety and regulatory requirements
• attend training and safety meetings
• communicate with customers, employees, and management.
