What you'll do

• Help individuals with disabilities identify, obtain, and maintain competitive integrated employment
• develop employer and community partnerships
• provide individualized support at community job sites
• help clients build workplace skills and independence
• monitor progress and support job retention
• maintain service records and confidentiality
• coordinate with employers, clients, families, and community stakeholders
• work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
