The CNC Equipment Reliability & Facilities Manager (Aerospace) is an onsite role in Lewisville, TX, with a stated salary range of $85,000–$110,000 per year. The manager is responsible for equipment reliability, maintenance, and facilities so production assets remain safe, compliant, and available for scheduled work. The role advances uptime and on-time delivery through preventive and predictive maintenance, rapid breakdown response, quality and calibration controls, and technician leadership.

What you'll do

• Own reliability and maintenance for production and inspection assets
• develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• respond to breakdowns and track MTTR and MTBF
• oversee facilities infrastructure
• coordinate OEM and field service
• maintain AS9100 Rev D alignment and calibration traceability
• manage maintenance documentation and audit readiness
• support safety and regulatory compliance
• own the maintenance budget and critical spares strategy
• use CMMS and OEE data for improvement
• partner on equipment qualification and facilities projects
• lead and develop maintenance technicians
• establish on-call and emergency coverage across shifts.
