What you'll do

• Welcome and assist shelter guests
• complete paperwork and process resident property under health and safety protocols
• identify resident needs and connect clients with resources
• maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and wellbeing
• coordinate resident activities and engagement
• maintain client files and timely documentation
• support housing assistance, employment resources, legal services, and benefits navigation.
