What you'll do

• Support the opportunity pipeline and advance preconstruction projects
• participate in customer and design-team meetings
• understand customer vision and assist with business strategy and cost-estimate strategy
• prepare estimates, technical proposal content, specifications, bid documents, and bid analyses
• inspect proposed sites and assess existing conditions and construction risks
• collaborate on project design, value engineering, life-cycle analysis, and alternate solutions
• review bids for completeness
• maintain opportunity data and department tools
• mentor assistant preconstruction managers, project engineers, and project technicians.
