The Savory Prep Chef role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, at the production warehouse, supporting the Paradise Valley location opening in Fall 2026. Pay is $18 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday. Too Sweet Cakes is preparing savory menu items for daily delivery to its new Paradise Valley location. The chef prepares pizzas, salads, and similar menu items to company standards and production deadlines. The role supports the new location’s launch by helping establish prep procedures and quality benchmarks, maintaining food safety and consistency, and ensuring prepared items are correctly packaged and ready for transport.

What you'll do

• Complete onboarding and training before the Paradise Valley opening
• learn menu standards, recipes, and production specifications
• assist with kitchen setup and launch readiness
• help establish prep procedures and quality benchmarks with the Savory Lead
• prepare savory menu items to recipe and quality standards
• meet daily production and delivery needs
• inspect ingredients and finished items
• follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures
• label, package, and store items for transport
• receive and organize ingredient deliveries
• restock supplies and communicate inventory needs.
