Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is hybrid in Cary, NC, with in-home and community services described. Pay is $70–$95 per hour. Heartlinks ABA provides ABA therapy to infants through teenagers with autism spectrum disorder, supporting communication, social interaction, behavior, and daily living skills.

What you'll do

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in home and community settings
• create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains
• and train paraprofessionals to implement instructional programs and behavior plans. The BCBA is supervised directly by the Executive Director and Clinical Director.
