What you'll do

• Open the club each day
• create a welcoming environment
• lead member onboarding and kickoff sessions
• support sales, account management, and retention efforts
• coach staff on sales techniques
• organize member engagement events
• manage inventory, billing updates, and reporting
• conduct weekly leadership meetings
• oversee cleaning systems
• review performance reports and provide training
• support the General Manager in meeting membership and revenue targets.
