What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors
• follow site procedures for access control and emergency response
• respond to incidents and medical emergencies and notify appropriate personnel
• patrol facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• assist with directions and escorts as assigned
• prepare incident reports and activity logs while protecting confidential information.
