What you'll do

• Operate dishwashing equipment to wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• sweep, mop, and pressure wash floors
• clean and sanitize the dish machine and production equipment
• follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• follow safety and loss-prevention procedures
• maintain required service and compliance records
• assist with receiving food and non-food supplies.
