Trigger Assembly Technician

The Trigger Assembly Technician works onsite in Chandler, AZ. The stated pay range is $20–$25 per hour. The role is part of BLACKOUT DEFENSE’s manufacturing team, assembling and inspecting AR15 trigger systems and related firearm components. The technician builds and tunes precision components, identifies fitment and functional issues, and performs quality checks. This work supports consistent product performance and manufacturing quality.

What you'll do

• Assemble AR15 trigger systems and related small firearm components, charging handles, selectors, and hardware
• inspect fitment, tolerances, and function
• diagnose trigger characteristics and assembly or manufacturing issues
• perform quality-control checks
• maintain an organized workstation and follow assembly procedures
• assist with production workflow and continuous improvement.

Why this role

Prior hands-on firearm experience is required; this is not an entry-level firearm role. Firearm manufacturing, gunsmithing, competitive shooting, personal AR15 builds, and quality-control experience are preferred.
