What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food using flat-top grills, char-broilers, cooktops, waffle bakers, Panini presses, and fryers
• maintain product quality and portion standards
• stock line stations
• keep cooking and refrigeration equipment clean and sanitary
• plate and garnish dishes
• handle, store, and rotate products
• assist with food preparation and kitchen closing
• and perform routine kitchen cleaning and maintenance.
