The Bilingual Treatment Coordinator / Lead Therapist role is onsite in Pawtucket, RI. Compensation starts at $40,000 per year, with a $1,500 retention bonus at six months and a bilingual stipend. Northeast Family Services’ Rhode Island team provides behavioral health services to children, adults, and families. What you'll do

• Serve as a liaison between individuals and service providers involved in treatment. Supervise, train, and manage direct service staff
• coordinate treatment services and program documentation
• and support service delivery and case management. The posting requires a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of experience working with children, youth, and families, fluency in English and Spanish, and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.
