What you'll do

• Assign work and provide real-time coaching to associates
• monitor work plans, workloads, deadlines, productivity, and quality
• resolve delays and operational issues
• perform inventory integrity and quality assurance tasks including slot profiling, adjustments, cycle counts, audits, and process validation
• manage exceptions such as damages, strays, outside storage, close-date tracking, and hazardous material processing
• ensure inbound and outbound inventory accuracy
• implement quality and inventory control programs
• analyze operational data
• collaborate on process improvements
• support safety, ethics, compliance, and operational changes.
