The Dishwasher, Craft Tampa role is onsite in Tampa, FL, aboard the restaurant’s dining vessel. Pay is $17–$18 per hour. Craft Tampa offers waterfront dining aboard a 121-foot dining vessel cruising through downtown Tampa. The role exists to keep the dish room and galley clean, sanitary, and organized, supporting safe kitchen operations and the restaurant’s dining experience. Proper dishwashing, sanitation, and supply handling help the crew serve guests and maintain vessel operations.

What you'll do

• Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized dish room and galley areas
• collect, rinse, rack, wash, and sanitize dishware, cookware, and equipment
• operate dish machines safely
• inspect and store cleaned items
• monitor chemical levels
• clean floors and workspaces
• assist with dry-storage cleaning
• receive and store supplies using FIFO practices
• follow health department and maritime sanitation standards and vessel safety protocols.

Why this role

Previous restaurant dishwasher experience is required. The role works aboard vessels for 2–5 hour cruises and may include occasional shifts up to 12 hours; availability for days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts is required.
