What you'll do

• Serve as primary analyst for complex agricultural loan relationships
• guide lenders and analysts in structuring, underwriting, and evaluating credit requests
• promote consistent underwriting and high-quality loan presentations
• assess agricultural risks including commodity prices, weather, disease, counterparty, and input costs
• evaluate credit enhancements
• supervise, coach, train, and evaluate analysts
• support recruiting and onboarding
• develop commodity-specific expertise and underwriting tools
• coordinate analyst assignments and underwriting pipeline
• identify business development opportunities and represent the bank in the community.
