What you'll do

• Provide nursing care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures
• assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures
• monitor cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status
• provide moderate sedation according to policy and competency
• prepare patients, sterile fields, equipment, and supplies
• respond to changes and emergencies
• educate patients and families
• collaborate with cardiologists and the Cath Lab team.

Why this role

Requires an accredited nursing-school degree, a South Carolina or Compact State RN license, BLS and ACLS, and qualifying experience in critical care, emergency, diagnostic cath lab, or interventional radiology.
