The Industrial Maintenance Technician II role is onsite in Hilo, HI. The stated pay range is $24–$28 per hour, with an additional 5% overnight shift differential. The current schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 p.m.–6:30 a.m., plus one Saturday overtime shift per month; effective November 1, 2026, the schedule changes to a 12-hour Pitman rotation from 6 p.m.–6:30 a.m. Waiakea’s bottling plant produces Hawaiian volcanic water. As the senior technician on shift, this role leads maintenance work on the bottling line and partners with the Industrial Maintenance Technician I. It helps keep machinery operating safely and reliably while improving maintenance procedures and manufacturing processes related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture.

What you'll do

• Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain bottling-line machinery
• troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, controls, servo drives, motors, HMIs, and PLCs
• perform advanced preventive maintenance
• document maintenance activity and communicate issues
• manage maintenance inventory
• lead process improvement and root-cause analysis
• support operators with adjustments, setups, and changeovers
• assist other technicians
• work with engineers and vendors on projects
• use machine tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices
• assist with training and coaching.
