Product Development Engineer

What you'll do

• Coordinate with operators, engineers, and production supervisors
• mentor and train department personnel
• ensure tooling, jigs, and fixtures are built, repaired, and maintained to standards
• support new product launches and tooling readiness
• assist with research and evaluation of new machines
• maintain production tickets and track run rates
• update fabrication standard operating procedures
• analyze processes and support machine programming
• identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
