What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeters
• verify credentials as directed
• maintain visitor, vendor, and incident records
• respond to incidents and alarms
• notify site contacts or emergency responders as needed
• communicate observations and follow-up needs.
