• Analyze community health data and propose programs

• plan and implement health education and promotion programs
• develop work plans and measurable objectives
• prepare and present educational sessions
• evaluate and redesign programs based on outcomes
• prepare activity and outcome reports
• collaborate with community members and agencies
• participate in quality improvement and research
• maintain grant compliance and records
• screen community requests
• apply public health laws and policies
• participate in emergency response as expected of health district employees.

Why this role

Requires an Ohio-licensed Registered Nurse, at least three years of relevant nursing experience, current American Heart Association BLS certification, and a valid Ohio driver’s license. A BSN and pediatric, infectious disease, case, or program management experience are preferred.
