What you'll do

• Own annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
• set financial targets and KPIs with executives
• identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities
• develop financial models for strategic initiatives and M&A
• advise on projects, product launches, and market expansion
• build executive dashboards and reporting
• lead variance analysis and corrective actions
• manage FP&A teams through subordinate managers
• develop team leaders
• align reporting across accounting, operations, and product
• present recommendations to senior leadership.
