What you'll do
- Support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
- provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
- monitor client, server, storage, network, and mobile devices
- communicate escalated status and analysis
- optimize operations and resource utilization and perform capacity planning
- support dispatch and hardware problem resolution
- configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and network components
- support system design and mission architecture
- assist users
- analyze and resolve complex server hardware, application, and software integration problems.

Why this role
Requires 15 years of relevant system administration experience and a TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph; a recent CI Poly within five years is also required. A technical bachelor's degree is required, with five additional years of experience substitutable. ELK, Tripwire, VMware, and RedHat SELinux experience is strongly preferred.
