• Lead quality assurance and quality control
• develop scopes, fees, estimates, and proposals
• direct special inspections and materials testing projects
• supervise field staff
• perform field and laboratory testing as needed
• review plans and specifications
• advise clients
• prepare project reports
• attend client and project meetings
• identify and mitigate safety hazards.
