What you'll do

• Provide activities of daily living within scope of practice and resident care plans
• change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies
• ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• record vital signs, weights, measurements, intake and output, and food consumption
• turn and position residents
• support resident rights and choices
• maintain housekeeping standards
• answer call lights
• assist with staff orientation and training as requested.
