The Preschool Teacher Assistant — Inclusion Classrooms role is onsite in Baldwinsville, NY. Pay is $17–$22 per hour. The position supports Little Lukes’ mission to provide care and education to children and families in the community. The assistant supports preschool children ages 3 to 5 in inclusive classrooms alongside lead and special education teachers. Through developmentally appropriate instruction, classroom routines, and individual and group interactions, the role contributes to children’s academic, social, and developmental growth and kindergarten readiness.

• Support children’s development and education in inclusive classrooms
• assist with developmentally appropriate academic and social skills through whole-group, small-group, and one-on-one interactions
• help create a positive, structured learning environment
• implement classroom management
