The Behavioral Therapist — Applied Behavior Analysis role is an onsite position in Hesperia, CA, with compensation of $18–$26 per hour. Services take place in home, clinic, school, and community settings. The therapist works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. The role provides individualized, one-to-one therapy that builds communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills and addresses challenging behaviors through evidence-based interventions. Accurate session data, caregiver support, and coordination with supervising clinicians contribute to consistent, family-centered care.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• provide one-to-one behavioral intervention
• collect session data and complete SOAP notes
• teach communication, social, adaptive living, play, academic readiness, and self-help skills
• manage challenging behaviors safely
• model strategies for caregivers
• communicate client progress and treatment barriers to supervising BCBAs
• attend supervision and training
• maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies
• prepare therapy materials
• travel to assigned client locations as needed.
