The Caregiver role is onsite in Loudon, TN, with compensation of $16.50 per hour. Charis Hearts provides homecare through the TennCare CHOICES program, coordinating with managed care organizations to serve clients. The role provides non-medical in-home or community care according to each client’s service plan, supporting client well-being, safety, and daily needs through care, documentation, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Provide client wellness checks and non-medical support according to individual service plans
• assist with admission documents as needed
• help train other caregivers on activities of daily living
• submit accurate, timely documentation
• maintain confidentiality
• report injuries and suspected abuse or neglect.
