What you'll do

• Support culinary leadership and kitchen team members with daily service readiness
• prepare ingredients according to recipes, portioning guidelines, and quality standards
• complete prep tasks accurately
• set up and break down the kitchen
• maintain a clean, organized, sanitary workstation
• label, date, store, and rotate ingredients using FIFO
• wash, chop, measure, mix, and store ingredients
• communicate shortages and equipment concerns
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• and follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
