The Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Nashua, NH. The stated pay range is $21.00–$23.00 per hour. The school operates year-round, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Little Sprouts’ Sustainable Education approach connects research with daily early-learning practice to support children’s development. The teacher supports the Certified Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, organized classroom and implementing learning experiences for young children. The role includes child supervision, family communication, developmentally supportive activities, and incorporating sustainability practices into classroom routines.

What you'll do

• Assist the Certified Teacher with daily lesson plans and learning experiences
• maintain a clean, organized, environmentally responsible classroom
• supervise children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor experiences
• support individual developmental needs
• serve as a mandated reporter
• greet families and assist with communication
• participate in family engagement events
• attend required training
• and collaborate with the teaching team on classroom systems, curriculum, and sustainability initiatives.
