What you'll do

• Lead and manage construction laborers and material handlers
• ensure tools and equipment are stored properly
• oversee setup and breakdown of temporary structures
• monitor site access and report security concerns
• ensure safety signs, barriers, and protective equipment are in place
• inspect for hazards and support safety protocols
• assist with moving, loading, unloading, and delivering materials
• maintain site activity records
• report incidents and safety violations
• provide daily site reports to the site manager.
