CEI Senior Project Manager — Roadway/Highway

The role supports successful delivery of heavy civil and road construction projects through technical review, issue resolution, and project oversight.

What you'll do

• Serve as liaison among contractors, consultant engineering and inspection teams, and program management
• ensure the project management plan is followed
• monitor construction progress and specification compliance
• review plans, specifications, and contract documents
• lead progress meetings
• report progress and costs
• review pay estimates, bid quantities, RFIs, work packages, and nonconformance reports
• ensure SWPPP compliance
• track value engineering proposals and schedules
• resolve construction issues.
