What you'll do

• Review incoming liquid profiling cases according to procedures
• triage inquiries and coordinate with internal teams
• investigate delays and update case notes
• facilitate training virtually and in person
• communicate with mobile phlebotomy vendors
• address escalations
• check required documents
• track draws and redraws
• recommend procedural updates and process improvements.
